New York City: Helicopter rides, raccoons & festivals

Yet another great day visiting NYC:

We were treated to a helicopter flight over Manhattan (an engagement gift from some amazing friends), we wandered the High Line (it got a lot greener since the last time we visited!), soaked up the vibes and culture at the 9th Ave Food Festival (they shut down 15 blocks!), and went on a dusk-time walk through Central Park (our first sighting of a raccoon, and a bird swallowed a fish whole!).

Enjoy 🙂

Thanks Emma! The helicopter tour was drop dead amazing – it’s something else seeing NYC from above! We loved seeing the raccoon, it’s such a characteristic animal that we don’t have in New Zealand so it was very cool to see!
